    Banana peppers are good in salads and other dishes. a little peppy, but good if you like that sort of taste. You are lucky to still have veggies in Sept. If you don’t use them now, wash, cut up and freeze in freezer bags for summer taste during the winter. They keep their fresh  taste, for use in cooked dishes.       Yes. I used them on stir fry a couple times. Getting ready to freeze the rest.
